All teachers and staff are hereby informed that students of the project who have not yet been registered at birth must apply to have their Birth Certificate as soon as possible. This matter is extremely urgent. Teachers should urge their students and guardians to take prompt action and, if necessary, assist and cooperate in filling out the application forms. Without birth certificate, students will not be eligible for any benefits or services from the project in the future.

The Sylhet City Corporation has stated that if someone identifies as a student of Zamzam Bangladesh’s Basic Education Project, it will assist them with any birth registration needs.

The Government of Bangladesh is launching a free typhoid vaccination campaign from 12 October 2025 for children aged 9 months to 15 years. Teachers, mobilizers and health officials have been instructed to intensify counseling activities so students and guardians will register and receive the vaccine.
